Our "Locked In" challenge is designed to help you cultivate daily habits that drive meaningful progress in your body composition (fat loss & muscle gain), strength, fitness, stress management, nervous system resilience, and overall health. Throughout the challenge, you'll engage in weekly group coaching calls covering essential topics like cortisol regulation, effective stress management techniques, targeted nutrition strategies, body recomposition principles, training optimization, and breath-work practices.

Participants will be supported through our coaching community, and our challenge winner will be determined by consistent adherence to daily habits, training commitment, and their active engagement in uplifting fellow athletes within our coaching support group.

Weekly Coaching Calls and Community Support: Stay engaged and empowered throughout the challenge with weekly live coaching calls led by our expert team. These sessions go far beyond surface-level advice—we dive deep into the science and strategy behind effective body recomposition, performance-focused nutrition, stress and nervous system regulation, and the transformative power of breathwork.

All members gain access to these calls, where you’ll not only learn from our experienced coaches but also have the opportunity to ask questions and apply insights directly to your journey. Our interactive community coaching support group is active throughout the week, providing ongoing expert guidance, accountability, and encouragement from both our coaching team and fellow members. Whether you're looking to master your macros, optimise your training recovery, or understand the hormonal impact of stress, this space is designed to educate and elevate every athlete in our challenge.

All memberships include access to resources, and progress tracking which are all seamlessly delivered through the Movement Culture app. Easily log your workouts, track your progress, and access exercise demos to ensure proper form.
