Fortnightly Check-ins: Participate in bi-weekly check ins to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan.​

Sport at home

Community/ Group Coaching Membership $22.50/week

Program Library Access: Embark on your fitness journey with our extensive library of studio programs, including the "Emerge" program. Starting March 14th, five new programs will be added to our hub, with regular updates to keep your routine fresh.​

Nutritional Resources: Enhance your training with comprehensive nutrition education, sample meal plans, and recipe collections.​
Community Support: Connect with our community coaching support group, where five expert coaches offer advice in a group setting.​

Onboarding Call: Upon signing up, schedule a complimentary coaching call to set you on the right path.​

Suited for self-motivated individuals seeking flexible, community-based support without personalized coaching support. 8 week minimum term.

Accross all memberships - unlock your full potential with access to a library of guided breathwork videos led by Joshua. These are designed to improve mental clarity, enhance recovery, and boost your training performance. By integrating breathwork into your routine, you’ll optimize oxygen flow, reduce stress, and support your body’s ability to transform. Webinars

Accross all memberships, we are committed to providing continuous educational support within our community coaching environment. To tailor our content to your interests, our coaching team will regularly post polls inviting you to select topics you'd like to explore. Based on your feedback, we will organize webinars addressing these subjects. Following each webinar, we will open the floor for questions, ensuring our team can provide any necessary clarifications.

Movement Culture App

All memberships include access to resources, and progress tracking which are all seamlessly delivered through the Movement Culture app. Easily log your workouts, track your progress, and access exercise demos to ensure proper form. The app also provides nutrition resources, recipe books, and educational materials to guide you along the way. With everything in one place, you’ll stay connected to your training, monitor your results, and stay on track to reach your goals.
