Online Appointments

Access expert physio support anywhere — whether you’re local or overseas. Our partnership with Sports Physiolab ensures you get professional assessment, treatment, and exercise guidance, no matter where you train.

Online assessments work the same as an in-person appointment! (except the hand’s on). We’ll chat through a thorough
history, look at your movement and complete some tests to get to the bottom of your
symptoms. Depending on what comes up, I may get you to do some strength tests to do in
the gym in your own time and email them to me but I will send you detailed videos on how to
complete these.

MEET AOIFE

My name is Aoife. I am originally from Ireland
but have called Queenstown home for the
past 7 years. I am an experienced sports
physiotherapist with over 8 years experience.
My ultimate goal is to get you back to doing
the things you love without pain while
improving your performance. Alongside
gym-based rehab, I bring over 4 years of
experience as a Pilates instructor, which
allows me to tailor rehab programs that are
not only effective but right for your body and
your goals. I really enjoy working with clients
who are curious, engaged, and motivated
who want to take their rehab to the next level.
In the past two years, I’ve also pursued
further education in pelvic health, following a
6-month placement at a maternity hospital in
Dublin. I love being able to combine my
understanding of the pelvic floor with my
musculoskeletal background to offer a full
systems approach — particularly when
working with my female clients.

Follow-up session length will be recommended based on your initial appointment.

ACC: If your injury has cropped up in the last year you will be able to get this covered by ACC. The same applies if it is an old injury that has flared up recently. Aiofe will be able to sort out all the paperwork for this so it is an easy process.
