MOVEMENT LAB - 8 WEEK TRAINING INTENSIVE

The Movement Lab Training Intensive is an 8-week, online training and education experience designed to remove the biggest barriers to progress: recurring injuries, plateaus, and spending long hours in the gym without getting meaningful results.

Many people train hard but train mindlessly — rushing reps, compensating through stronger muscles, and repeating patterns that don’t deliver much return. When each rep isn’t executed well, output drops, progress slows, and gym time stretches longer than it needs to.

The Movement Lab teaches you how to maximise the quality and output of every rep so less time in the gym delivers better results. You’ll learn how force should move through your body, how to identify and correct inefficiencies, and how to apply simple movement and physiology principles in a practical, approachable way. When your training becomes more efficient, strength improves, injury risk decreases, and body recomposition becomes easier to achieve — without adding more volume or sessions.

Across the 8 weeks, you’ll complete structured strength and conditioning sessions supported by short, targeted education modules focused on movement mechanics, mobility that transfers to training, strength distribution, and injury-resilient progression. You’ll learn not just what to train, but how to train — so your sessions become sharper, shorter, and more effective.

The Movement Lab also includes a team-based community element, points for execution and engagement, weekly group calls, and practical resources to support learning and progression.

This intensive is for people who want their training to work harder for them — not by doing more, but by doing it better.
